Through the magic of a 360 camera, I’m able to capture behind-the-scenes content on my wedding days to show my current and future couples exactly what it would like for them to have me along at their Dunwood Hall wedding day
All of these videos and more are captured in the most subtle way making sure to not disrupt the wedding day at all. I feel the connection between a couple and their photographer is a really important factor hence why I wanted to show this part of my work as well. I’m not like every wedding photographer and showing you these behind-the-scenes videos from Dunwood hopefully helps me to reinforce that statement.

The History of Dunwood Hall Estate
Dunwood Hall Estate is an absolute hidden gem in Staffordshire. The venue boasts a rich history that dates back to the late 19th century. Built between 1870 and 1871, Dunwood Hall was commissioned by Thomas Hulme, a self-made Victorian gentleman, as a family home for his wife and eight children. Known for his love of entertaining, Thomas designed the house with interconnected rooms to facilitate seamless social gatherings. The estate’s architecture, crafted by local architect Robert Scrivener, reflects the Gothic Revival style popular at the time, with elaborate arches, stained glass windows, and a distinctive tower adorned with quirky grotesques.
Over the years, Dunwood Hall has seen several transformations. After falling into disrepair, it was lovingly restored by Dr. Ruth Vincent Kemp, who dedicated her life to preserving the estate’s grandeur. Her grandson, Brodie, grew up at Dunwood Hall, cherishing the magical childhood memories created within its walls. Today, Brodie, along with his wife Erika and daughter Alexandra, continues to uphold the family legacy, ensuring that Dunwood Hall remains a vibrant and cherished home.
Dunwood Hall Estate is not just a historical building; it is a living testament to the dedication and passion of the Kemp family. The estate has evolved to host weddings, photoshoots, and various other types of events, offering a unique blend of historical charm and modern amenities.

My couples are usually super down to earth and are planning a relaxed fun wedding day surrounded by all those people they love. I love a party! So when it comes to weddings I can’t help but get wrapped up in the magic of your day. Getting so stuck in with your wedding allows me to translate so much more feeling into my photographs. At some point, you’ll want a few awesome photographs of the two of you. These photographs will take minutes and not hours so we can get straight back to the party. Oh and those family formal portraits, don’t worry about them, they’ll be zero hassle.
