A Boutique Intimate Wedding Venue

Just 30 minutes away from my home is The Plough at Eaton and it’s a wonderful intimate countryside wedding venue on the edge of Macclesfield. I love wedding venues which really excite my photography and the Plough definitely does that.

Planning your special day at The Plough at Eaton?

The Plough at Eaton is such a beautiful place which I have photographed so many times. I love returning time and time again so why not drop me message and find out a little more?

Behind the Scenes at The Plough

Through the magic of a 360 camera, I’m able to capture behind-the-scenes content on my wedding days to show my current and future couples exactly what it would like for them to have me along at their Plough at Eaton wedding day

All of these videos and more are captured in the most subtle way making sure to not disrupt the wedding day at all. I feel the connection between a couple and their photographer is a really important factor hence why I wanted to show this part of my work as well. I’m not like every wedding photographer and showing you these behind-the-scenes videos from The Plough hopefully helps me to reinforce that statement.

If you are still looking at wedding photographers’ websites and have come to Adam’s website, look no further, you’ve found your photographer!

From our initial meeting with Adam right the way through to our wedding he was approachable, helpful and always happy to offer advice when we weren’t sure about things. We initially met over Zoom and after spending 2 hours chatting we knew he was the best person for the job. Closer to the wedding he came over to our house and we discussed the photos we wanted and the logistics of the day

We couldn’t be more pleased with our photographs, they completely encapsulated the joy of the day.

The History of The Plough Inn at Eaton

The Plough Inn at Eaton in Cheshire is a truly a charming spot with a story that dates back centuries. The Plough Inn has been a fixture in Eaton since the 15th century, originally starting as a farm and coaching inn. Over the years, it has evolved, but the essence of its historic charm remains intact. The building itself is a beautiful example of timber-framed architecture, with later additions and alterations that blend seamlessly with the original structure. One of the standout features of The Plough Inn is its Grade II listing, which means it’s recognised for its special architectural and historic interest.

The Plough Inn has seen many changes over the centuries and has truly stood the test of time, remaining a constant in the community. It has always remained a popular gathering place, offering good old fashioned pub grub as well as comfortable and welcoming accommodation for those passing through the village of Eaton.

The Plough inn’s layout is fab, with two parallel ranges connected by a short link, giving it a “H” plan that’s both functional and aesthetically pleasing. On top of this, the Plough Inn’s timber framing with rendered panels and stone dressed brickwork is stunning. It’s no surprise that both customers and the venue owners saw a larger potential for the venue.

In recent years it has been recognised that the set-up and stunning countryside views on offer at The Plough Inn is ideal for larger celebrations and so The Plough wedding venue was born.

The Plough Inn Weddings

If you’re on the hunt for a wedding venue that oozes charm and history, then The Plough Inn in Eaton is a great choice! It’s got cosy vibes down to a tee which makes it perfect for smaller more intimate weddings but also has every amenity you could wish for meaning it is also suitable for weddings on a larger scale.

The venue’s layout which I mentioned previously is ideal for weddings and offers a versatile space that can be tailored to accommodate your day and your guests. All of the indoor areas, including the charming dining rooms and bar, provide a warm and inviting atmosphere for your guests to enjoy while the beautiful gardens and countryside views add that ‘great outdoors’ feeling.

A typical Plough Inn wedding day is wholesome to say the least. The ceremony itself can be held either indoors or outdoors, depending on whether you prefer to say “I do” surrounded by lush greenery or under the rustic beams of the inn.

After the ceremony, guests can mingle and enjoy drinks and canapés in the picturesque gardens or the cosy bar area. The reception is held in the spacious dining rooms, where your guests can indulge in delicious food and once fully fuelled, they can dance the night away!

The Plough Inn weddings team is dedicated to making your day seamless and special, ensuring that every detail is taken care of. You really needn’t worry about a thing at this venue.
The 17 en-suite rooms on offer at The Pough Inn wedding venue is a huge bonus for you and your guests! And if this isn’t enough space, there are also some gorgeous boutique accommodation options nearby in this charming little country village.

No matter your race, colour, creed, or sexuality, you are everything to me. I wouldn’t live this incredible photography dream job without you. I can’t help but be your absolute wedding hero.

My couples are usually super down to earth and are planning a relaxed fun wedding day surrounded by all those people they love. I love a party! So when it comes to weddings I can’t help but get wrapped up in the magic of your day. Getting so stuck in with your wedding allows me to translate so much more feeling into my photographs. At some point, you’ll want a few awesome photographs of the two of you. These photographs will take minutes and not hours so we can get straight back to the party. Oh and those family formal portraits, don’t worry about them, they’ll be zero hassle.

With my super extraverted personality I’ll be one of the most excited guests from the moment I arrive. It won’t take your wedding party long to assume we are lifelong friends.
