I’ve been a strong user/advocate of Pic-Time since 2020 when I first started using the platform. I’m now an Advocate Gold Member and a certified Pic-Time Expert.

I’m not into this attitude of let’s leach off our clients and make loads of money. That type of hard-pushed marketing is generally what turns me off with other companies. I prefer a guided experience to marketing which is more personal and gives the customer space to breathe and make their own decision.

I’ve helped loads of other people over the years improve their Pic-Time so if you’d like me to support you with yours whilst helping you reach more people and make a few sales on the way then I’m your guy.

I have two options for you below. Setup+ which is my main offering and Mentoring.

SETUP+ £450

1hr Intro Chat + 4hrs Setup + 1hr Mentoring

Whether you’ve been using Pic-Time for years or this is your first time this additional setup will enhance your galleries and your customer experience.

I’ll spend time getting to know your business before I do anything on your account. I’ll then install my tried and tested workflow on your account. On handover I will then mentor you in how to communicate the positives of your gallery and how to operate the system.

I would be incredibly surprised if this setup doesn’t make your money back + more in the first year.

Frequently Asked Questions for SETUP+

What exactly will you install?

I’ll install the following:

  • 2 Pricing Lists using Digital Lab (other labs available) as the main supplier
  • 3 Project Templates so all your go to settings are ready.
  • 3 Automations including Gallery to Backup, Abandoned Cart & Gift Card

My clients don’t like sharing their gallery, how do I get around this?

I feel that a lot of the time we don’t communicate the positives of gallery sharing and how that brings more value out of you as a photographer for them the client. I’ll help you to form positive narratives around why gallery sharing is important.

Can you breakdown the process a little more?

  • You’ll register your interest to proceed on the form at the bottom of this page.
  • I’ll reply with my availability for our intro chat.
  • We’ll jump online together to discuss your business and how we can mould my process into it.
  • You’ll turn off 2 Factor Authentication on your account and change your password to a temporary one just for me.
  • I’ll access your account remotely and complete the work.
  • We’ll arrange a follow up chat where I will guide you through what I’ve done and how to implement it. I’ll provide the recording of this talk to you.
  • You’ll re-enable 2 Factor Authentication and change your password back.
  • You’ll start to implement it and notice a shift.
  • Overtime your gallery visits and income through the platform will rise.

Isn’t turning off 2 Factor Authentication bad for account security?

It does pose a risk to your account but the temporary password which you’ll share with me on another messaging platform will provide the temporary security needed whilst I complete the work.

What will you not setup in my account?

  • Generalised Pic-Time setup. Ie. Personal/Business details etc.
  • Payment Gateway for Stripe/PayPal Setup
  • Branding Setup – if you want watermarked photos for a certain project template then you need to create these beforehand.
  • Email Package. If you’d rather you sound normal and not the default Pic-Time then drop me an additional £100 and I’ll set up one Email Package written in your tone of voice.

Is this only available for UK Wedding Photographers?

Yes in theory but there is no reason why you can’t book a mentoring session with me below and still gain the information you need to deliver similar results.

DIY Version of Setup+

1 hour and 30 minutes of guided Pic-Time tuition. I’ll take you through the Advance Sales and Strategy which I would implement for you and train you on with Setup+ but you’ll do the implementation yourself.

I started using Pic-Time in 2020 and my obsession with it has grown exponentially every year since as I’ve seen how profitable it has become for my business. I am a qualified Pic-Time Expert and an Advocate Gold Member.

On average over the last 3 years I’ve made at least £3,000 per year in profit from the platform and found many more wedding clients through my strategy around the client/guest journey. Everyone wants the sales on the platform but my strategy is what will set you apart.
